Why I Like Lani:  Lani lost 50 pounds and has kept it off.  Many would say she lost it because of her plant-based diet.  Maybe that’s true, but I think it’s equally true that she lost it because of her mindset.  And more importantly, she’s kept it off for the same reason.  Nice to have a refreshing viewpoint on an age-old topic.

Great Line:  The way to get to the finish line is one step at a time.
