What We Talked About:  How to quiet the inner critic.  Kathryn gives four solid methods for stopping the inner critic now.   (Note:  At one point, Kathryn reveals a process that involves using a picture of yourself at 2-years-old.  She mentioned to me later that if for any reason you don’t have a picture of yourself at that age, you can just find a picture of any child that you would like to have “represent” you at that age.)

Why I Like Kathryn:  She works closely with world class athletes and so she has the opportunity to put these methods to the test in high pressure circumstances.
