What We Talked About:  How to release phobias.  Phobias are irrational fears.  Common phobias include insects, heights, water, and dogs, and sometimes even more “close to business” phobias like a fear of numbers or a fear of public speaking.  In this interview, Richard explained that it is possible to get over these phobias in as little as one session and he revealed an easy-do-it-yourself solution too.
