Join Angela Clark, EFT Practitioner, for this monthly session where she helps you “tap out” your anxiety, stress, and physical pain, so you are ready to “tap in” abundance, love, and serenity. Even if you’ve never tried tapping before you can join in.
Tapping, otherwise known as Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT, is one of the best ways to move stuck energy in our body and our brain. It calms our physical stress response and the Amygdala part of the brain. (This is the part of the brain responsible for the feelings of fight, flight, freeze, and appease.) Angela will help you understand how you can best use it to move your energy and get you feeling good again.
This is a once a month offering that happens on the THIRD Tuesday of every month at 1 PM Pacific | 2 PM Mountain | 3 PM Central | 4 PM Eastern | 9 PM London | 6 AM Sydney (next day)
